- Simplified Accounting – you pay a set amount each month for the duration of the retainer contract.
Details:
- 3 month minimum commitment. At the end of 3 months, we will re-evaluate the program to ensure your needs are being met. We can continue on at 3 or move to 6-12 month commitments.
- Each retainer includes a set amount of work agreed up on by both parties. Once approved, overage for additional projects outside of the agreed upon scope will be billed at a discounted hourly rate.
- For social media retainers, there is a $200 setup fee your first month.
Process:
- Discovery. Get in touch! We discuss your needs and do a deep-dive if necessary. I create a proposal for work, contract and invoice.
- Go! Once contract is signed and retainer received, I create, and together we work our magic.
- Delivery. Once final payment has been received and you’ve approved content, I will deliver final work.

$300/MONTH
(6 month contract required)
Without retainer program a la carte: approx. $2,500.
- 4 HOURS A MONTH includes:
- 1 Check-in Chat per month (zoom, in-person or phone)
- 6 hrs. Photography:
Product & Social/Lifestyle (one big session or two minis) - 18 hrs. Design, Branding, Research, Curating:
Brand voice established & guidelines created, images sized for multiple uses
GOALS: Establish brand consistency, learn DIY social media, refresh images
$750/MONTH
(4 month contract required)
Without retainer program a la carte: approx. $4,600.
- 12 HOURS A MONTH includes:
- 1 Check-in Chat per month (zoom, in-person or phone)
- 8 hrs. Photography:
Product & Social/Lifestyle (one big session or two minis) - 40 hrs. Design & Training:
Logo Creation, Brand Stylesheet, 2 templates for DIY and training
GOALS: Update My Online Store & Website Images
$400/MONTH
(3 month contract required)
