Someone told me that last week was Employee Appreciation week at their job. And I thought that coincided quite well with a recent review I received, and just how thankful I am of my Husband Jaime. While it is true that I run the day-to-day operations at Letter10 Creative, Jaime is a huge part of the business (whether he likes it or not!) He is my nerve-calmer when I get anxious before a wedding, my cheerleader when I’m questioning my shots, supporter of all my crazy ideas (thanks for helping make the video a reality), and my right-hand man. He is also an excellent shooter in his own right, and I am so thankful we’re similar enough where we don’t have to talk about what is expected, but also different enough that I can be confident we’re providing the client with stellar shots from different angles. Together we’re a team, and aside from getting in my shots and acquiring an extreme amount of grass stains on his clothing, I wouldn’t change a thing, haha. And seeing how much my couples appreciate him makes me love him that much more. He’s a keeper for sure.
Here is a recent review from a bride, this makes my heart SO UNBELIEVABLY HAPPY.
“If you live in the Northeast and need a photographer, you simply MUST hire Letter10 Creative. The husband and wife team, Jaime and Jamie, are absolutely brilliant! You will not find a harder-working, more creative team anywhere!
We met with Jamie about a month before the wedding to discuss the types of pictures we liked. I instantly felt like she understood what we were looking for and felt very confident based on their previous work that they could give us the beautiful shots we wanted.
On the wedding day, they showed up promptly and began taking action shots of everyone getting ready. We had a small crisis that involved a dark stain and my husband’s wedding shirt, and we had to use the backup shirt we had bought. It was still in the package and needed to be ironed but there was no one available to do it. Jaime came up to me and said “I will iron it”. I am pretty sure my jaw fell to the floor before I asked him if he was sure. He assured me that he had this and ran off to locate and iron my husband’s wedding shirt. If that is not above and beyond and absolutely amazing, I don’t know what is!
We arrived at the house and began taking family and group shots. It was around 2pm and pretty hot out. Jaime and Jamie did not let that stop them. They were constantly running around, laying in the dirt, in trees and bushes to get the perfect shots. We absolutely LOVED working with these 2 and would do so in a heartbeat for other life events, even if we we have to travel from NJ to VT to do so.
If you hire Letter10, you can expect true professionalism, hard work, understanding, and the most beautiful pictures you have ever seen. Some of our pictures actually look fake because the background and lighting are so stunning. These pictures could appear in any magazine, and we have already had trouble only selecting 75 for the wedding album.
We are forever grateful to Jaime and Jamie for capturing the beauty that was our wedding day!”
