Whomever coined the phrase “rain is lucky on your wedding day” should have stipulated that it is especially lucky to have beautiful sunshine and blue skies for your ceremony and just the perfect amount of sprinkle during your reception for one-of-a-kind magical end of the evening photographs.

I also think that it wasn’t luck that Jackson and Amy had a beautiful day at the Mountaintop in Chittenden – full of love and laughter for their happily ever after. During a toast it was pointed out that this was a long time coming, and I think their beautiful day was simply meant to be.

I loved the many personal details that were perfectly them: the tables named after animals, their dogs included in their ceremony as ring bearers, and the gorgeous pops of purple in their flowers and lighting.
