The day started out warm, muggy and sunshiny, and quickly turned an ominous shade of dark blue-grey just before Joe & Erin’s ceremony. Booooo! But, at the end of the day they still got married, they had a beautiful heart-felt ceremony, their guests had a wonderful time, and the sunshine came back out just in time for portraits. Thank you Mother Nature! I’ve known Erin since freshman year at KSC, and knew she would be a beautiful bride, but have to admit I was a little taken-aback by just how gorgeous she was in that dress. And the vows? I actually cried, darn you two – it makes it a bit harder to focus on your subjects when you’re welling up. With all the lovely little details, the emotional toasts, and the awesome dancing shots, narrowing down a “sneak peek” of images was quite daunting. I know, I know, photographer problems, I just really loved this wedding. Rain? What rain?
J+E thanks so much for inviting us to be a part of your beautiful day. Oh, and I almost forgot, can I give a shout-out to your sister? The Maid of Honor gave birth to her baby the NEXT DAY! Talk about a weekend of celebrations, and congratulations on your family that just keeps growing!
