Day 10. A quarter of the way through 40 Days of Fall already. I decided to go out and take a little extra time for yesterday’s 40 Days, and spent the morning tromping around Lake Iroquois in Hinesburg. It rained the entire time, and I must have looked pretty silly balancing my camera and a giant umbrella. I got some decent shots and I was happy with my project for the day. Little did I know that later that afternoon on my drive to Vergennes I would witness some serious Vermonty awesomeness. It had stopped raining and the sun started to peek out of the clouds, literally highlighting Lake Champlain. Talk about being at the right place at the right time! So this post is two locations, just a little reminder from Mother Nature that beauty exists everywhere, especially in Vermont.
