Sometimes I really love technology. This is one of those days. Jaime has been capturing 360 degree views of London with Occipital, an ah-mazing app for iPhone and iPad. Here are a few that he’s taken with me, and a link to his other posts from working the Olympics. After you click the picture links below, use your mouse to “steer” around the picture. Yup, technology is so cool!
This was taken at Gordon’s Wine Bar. It’s a bit dark, but that is because the underground wine cellar is only lit by candlelight. My brother would not have liked it here, even I had to duck walking around. It had very low ceilings. If you look closely you can see me, double fisting it with two glasses of port.
This is Neal’s Yard, right around the corner from our new favorite cheese shop, Neal’s Yard Dairy. I just love the colors. We’ve been here quite a bit, I’m already having withdrawl symptoms with the thoughts of leaving London.
And if you liked those, Jaime has more images posted from his travels while working the Olympics. I like the view of the Olympic Pool and his workspace too. Check it out!
