I’ve started to do more and more Engagement Sessions and find it is very beneficial for both the couple and myself. Being comfortable with your photographer is key, and Portraits are a great tool to help you gain or strengthen a relationship. I get to see how you react to the camera, what your best angles are, and also get a feel for what you like (and don’t like.) You, in turn, look more comfortable on your wedding day. Why? Because you have a “personal photographer” covering your important day, not just a stranger carrying a camera. Our new lineup of 2011 Wedding Packages now include a discounted E-Session rate so everyone can afford to benefit from a relationship with “the Jaimies.” Every couple is unique – and we want to be able to embrace your “unique you” in the best way possible.
While spending the weekend in Maine we were able to take a few Engagement Portraits of Ally and Kyle. From this brief session I learned that Kyle LOVES trees, Ally loves my fisheye-lens, and that they are an easy-going, and fun young-couple with great smiles. We are so excited to photograph their Fall 2010 wedding in Maine! Not only do we have a great relationship with Ally and Kyle, but we also have a relationship with most of the family whom we first met at another wedding. They like to have fun, its sure to be a great celebration – we can’t wait!
