The week leading up to this wedding I was doing the “anti-rain dance” – little did I know I should have done the anti-heat/humidity dance! Holy hotness Batman! That’s ok, because you know what makes up for sticky weather? Awesome people. And Kim & David certainly were awesome bearing the heat doing portraits at Oakledge Park, and their guests didn’t seem to mind – as the dance floor was PACKED! I loved their Heisman Trophy-themed table seating and football cookie gifts – a nod to how they got together. They also had the most adorable ring bearers, and Kim’s ring was to-die-for! All in all who cares about the weather, right?

Yet another month has come and gone, and with it, comes one of my favorite months. Normally June is the start of summer weather, and the temps are cooler. Well Mother Nature threw us for a loop this year, Saturday was the 1st, and the temps got close to 90. A little too warm for me, but hey, I was just happy it wasn’t snowing!
